Account Supervisor
Job Description
The FMS Account Supervisor is responsible for supervision and coordination of f crews and assists Area Supervisor in account management. Prioritization and coordination with the FMS Management team is vital.
Principal Duties
Manage your primary account in addition to assigned accounts
Coordinate and prioritize requests from an Area Supervisor.
Ensure that there is an adequate Floater list to cover any outages.
Assist Area Supervisor with the hiring process.
Assist Area Supervisor with training of employees.
Assist Area Supervisor with any special projects.
Conduct inspections as requested.
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of leadership experience
High school degree
The capacity and ability to:
The ability to Minimize turn over in staff and increase retention
The ability to Provide career counseling
The ability to Terminate underperforming staff with excellent documentation
The ability to Train staff
The ability to Gather and analyze data and to produce quality planning based on the findings
The ability to Identify training needs and develop the necessary curriculum as needed
The ability to schedule work loads
The ability to measure and identify outcomes
The ability to teach and maintain a Safe work environment
